So, you're interested in wedding invitations! I am happy you're here.
This page walks you through the design process, so you have an idea of what to expect as we perfect your dream wedding invitations!

STEP ONE: YOU INQUIRE

Your very first move should be to submit an inquiry through my Contact Form. I’ll send you a customized proposal to help capture some important information and to also give me a chance to hear more about your love story (the best part!). Where are you getting married? What’s something special that represents a part of your love story? What is the "feel" of the celebration: rustic, romantic, modern, formal, etc.? What are you looking forward to on the big day? What trends are you drawn to? Which do you want to avoid? I want to know it all!

STEP TWO: WE CHAT

This part is really fun; we explore the concepts, color schemes, Pinterest boards, and inspiration photos and you give me a little tour of your vision! I’ll share the different elements and printing methods and answer any questions you may have. Totally lost in all the new vocab? Visit my glossary of terms to get up to speed.

Once we have decided on some details (i.e. sizes, inserts, embellishments, printing method), I will send a custom proposal and agreement. When this agreement is signed, a deposit will be due.

STEP THREE: THE NITTY-GRITTY

Once the agreement is signed and the deposit submitted, I send over a custom wording questionnaire to walk you through each piece of your invitation suite. How do you want your names listed? Do you want to list the date and time formally, or go with a more laid-back approach? Do you need to capture guests’ meal choices on your RSVP card? I have all the questions, so you don’t have to worry. I’ll use your answers to compile a draft of wording for your review.

STEP FOUR: PROOFS, PROOFS, PROOFS

We then begin the proofing process! I will send a proof, and you will collect your and everyone you love's comments before we move on to the next proof. For invitations, we continue this until the suite is perfected. For smaller pieces, this process typically only requires two proofs, with additional proofs available for purchase.

CUSTOM INVITATIONS: Unlimited proofing, with Proof Approval required before printing
DAY-OF STATIONERY: Two proofs, with additional proofs available for $15/each, with Proof Approval required before printing

STEP FIVE: THEY PRINT & WE CELEBRATE

I will work with a long list of professional printing companies and vendors to reproduce the designs. Depending on your order, you or I will then assemble the pieces, address the envelopes, and get your suite in the mail! Pour a glass of wine, because you just kicked your to-do list's butt!
